A secondary home for a Floridian couple residing in New York City. His focus was having a space for gaming and her need was for the space to be comfortable. We enhanced ceilings height with the design of electric custom double height drapery integrated into a smart home system. The private game room doubled as a comfortable guest room for their visitors with a custom Murphy bed.
